About the Role
The Sales Accounts Manager oversees and addresses customer’s project, technical and other account requirements. S/he provides accurate services after the point of sale, ensuring customer queries are resolved and customer satisfaction is assured. While not necessarily tech-savvy, the Accounts Manager should be able to explain basic technical details and other requirements to the client. S/He should also be results-oriented and aspire to achieve specific goals as set within or ahead of time frame.
Ultimately, the Accounts Manager should be able to provide product, business and technical knowledge to support the sales process and strengthen customer relationships.
At least 4 years experience in Customer Success or any B2B account management role.
Experience with SAAS products is a plus
Experience with handling multiple stakeholders is a plus
