Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors and regions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
Attend in person meetings and events in Singapore and Malaysia
Lead outreach, proposal development, and pitch efforts to secure partnerships and sales.
Collaborate with product and delivery teams to align offerings with market needs.
Represent the company at events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
Maintain a clear pipeline and reporting structure to track progress and outcomes.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales—ideally in tech, innovation or adult education.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with cultural awareness for working across regions.
Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently to Singapore.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment with minimal structure.
